See, now I'm not saying his punishment was strict enough or anything like that - but I DO think it's an embarassment to the justice system that he is essentially being charged for the same thing by both the federal and state government. The guy who was investigating at a state level (Poindexter I believe was his name) is just pissy that the feds took over.
