No sir I promise it's a 3950x and I new it was thermal throttling, so I updated bios and did a fresh install of windows , then tweaked and tuned it before bed last night, got up early this morning pulled the sides off my case and opened the windows in my office to some fresh 30 degree air and let her rip. New 360 AIO is on the way.

Can you please provide more information about your system in the screenshots ? It already looked fishy/altered with that "@ 4.2ghz".
R20.PNG

It should say @ 3.5ghz with a PBO enabled 3950x

What do you score in r23 ? Can you repeat this score with HWinfo up and showing in screenshot or even better use benchmate to verify that this is a legit score -> https://benchmate.org/
The screenshot you have provided is impossible on a 3950x without sub-zero cooling. (~5100mhz zen2)

You can compare with other scores here: https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/post-your-cinebench-r23-score.213237/

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence = Screenshot is fake :)

I guess if you can't find one it's best to tell yourself you don't need one. Someday you'll stumble across want then it'll turn into need.

So you plan on keeping the sides off your case and the windows open forever?
