Maybe I am going to dump the EpoX?

I has been called as "EpoX man" by Apex.
I have always been loyal to EpoX since I switch to 6VBA2 from ABIT BH6-> BX6-2 -> BF6
->Gigabyte 6VX4X.

Of course during the course of my "fun hardware life", I also tried the ABIT KT7 (sold it in 3 days) , MSI 6309 master (sold it in a week), Asus P3V4X (return it in a week) and many others.......but I always comes back to EpoX.

Then I stay w/ AMD. EpoX 8KTA+ is a very stable system (except no ATA100 support), and EpoX 8KTA2 (my wife's current system, I have abusing it so bad, hook on TV card, dual display, PDA, DV cam..etc..etc...and not a single crashed!!!!!!!!!)

Currently I am using 8KTA3, and found it somehow not as stable as 8KTA2. (well...it crashed twice w/ screen saver on)

Conclusion????????? I blame it on "soft OC tweak". I love the jumper and dipstick!!!!!!! So I look into any mobo w/ jumper................FIC AD11?
(I just love underdog 😉 )

Well..........the new mobo will not arrived until this weekend.......but I will let you guys know how it compare to Epox 8KTA3. (mainly focus on stability)

So meanwhile.............can anyone give some info about this FIC AD11?

I am currently running a epox 8kta3 with duron 750. What chip r u running on urs? I didn't start overclocking it yet. I want to make sure it run staple before I do anything to it.

I am currently running T-850 @ 1064(133X8) on 8KTA3.
Yes, those two crash may be caused by the fact, it was running at 133FSB instead of 100FSB.
After I down it to 10.5X100, it has no crashed at all.

Maybe it is psychological...I still like jumpers....

I long for dipswitches and jumpers for the board too. I have MSI K7T Pro Raid, the BIOS won't set multiplier correctly and no fix insight. I'm waiting for delivery of the Epox 8K7A board.
