Read the first comment. The bikers were part of some group, filming a video, they were doing half the speed limit and the driver of the car was doing 50km/h over it, and just plowed into them, then tried to take off. Apparantly he got off scott free because they classified it as an accident.

you would think that if they were making a movie that they would totally close a stretch of street off except for the extras. no reason that some random driver should have been there in accident

As a matter of fact he was almost lyched by the rest of the guys, the ones that werent hurt. He claimed he fall asleep while driving and the judge free him just with a big fine. The producer of the show was also fine because he didnt take safety measures while driving at night in a freeway. Fortunately there was only one dead guy because it could be worse. The guilty guy is on street living happily, and actually he works for the " Secretaria de Salud", something like governement Health Department.

All this bunch of guys worked and work in a striptease show called " SOLO PARA MUJERES" (ONLY FOR WOMEN) in Mexico City. This guys was filming a comercial break for all ladies, but the problem was "they was filming in a highway, in the night, with a very very slow speed and with any protection and without permission" For this the both parts are guilty. Even the driver never steped the jail because he payed a deposit, because the justice said:
"The guilty is of the both parts"
Only one guy died in this accident, no drugs but only a little breath of alcohol, and because the driver said:
"I was sleeping until I was driving"
