Just saw another replay of Ohno last speed skating controversy and i give props to the man. I did see him "sell" the foul that was most certainly legit. You do see the same tactic used extensively in the NBA and NFL where if even there is no real foul a plyer will act is if there was one to the extent of falling on purpose and generally acting.
Is this the same thing that gets us in frivolous lawsuits?
On one hand it can be standing up for your rights against everything that's wrong and on the other it can be frivolous subversion of the truth.
