As a proud father of three of these in my system right now...this is a good price, but just that. I bought all three from newegg a few months back for $99 ea OEM.

you got it backwards. Retail usually carries the longer warranty.

Not for WD hard drives
Wd retail drives are 1yr. Oem are 3yr.

Yes, Frys wins this weekend by far.

Frys SATA 400GB 5year warranty from Seagate beats the pants off these SATA 320GBs 1or3year warranty from WD.
