If you have any questions about every aspect of working with the Windows 7, you can either ask here, or search this site:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/?filter[2]=Backup%20Restore

It features easy navigation and easy to follow 7 how-to's. I am enjoying it so far. It almost looks like somebody was locked in the room for a year and the only thing to do was to work on a computer running Windows 7 and write on how to use it...

Edit: While some of the topics described on the site are quite banal and easy to do, there are few "gems" that I have found so far.

1. Use a build-in Display Calibration to optimize your screen

2. Add screen resolutions in Win 7 using Nvidia Cpanel
For some odd reason, Windows build-in screen resolution slider did not include my LCD panel's native resolution (1920x1080). Took me 2 minutes to figure out how to add it using Nvidia Cpanel (I use Nvidia video card...).

Thanks a bunch for this man. I am getting ready to transition from XP to 64 bit 7 and there is a fair amount I feel like I need to keep track of. This is a nice place to have it all collected.

The Seven site can be useful, but One has to be very careful.

Most of the stuff there assumes that the configuration is at default. However many Enthusiasts has system that they personalize and tweak themselves, the use of some stuff there can end up "Re-Tweaking" your system.

Windows 7 stores a spare of all the core OS files, so sometimes it east to repair by just rewriting some files with the backup files instead of real understanding what is wrong.

When you rewrite with the back up OS files you lose what ever you already "Tweaked" before if is a function that associated with any of the files that got restored.

So, If some material there is not explained with details what it does, do not use it.
