Maxtor/OD rebates

I posted this in the Hot Deals Section under how do I, but no one ever answered so here it is again:

I just got the maxtor 80gig hard drive from the deal last week and I'm wondering if the UPC is a big sticker on the side of the box. I've really only dealt with Seagates and WD hard drives recently and their UPC's looked quite different. I don't really see anything else on the box that could be a UPC so I'm pretty sure this is it but I wanted a little confirmation.

Also, since I ordered this online from OD, what do I use as the receit? Do I use the form that was included with the order or do I just print the order page from their website off? Anyway, thanks in advance for the help.

For a receipt I printed out the order confirmation that I was emailed to me from amazon.com I got the rebate in like 4 weeks only.

I just did this with a WD HD. The UPS is the "bar code". On mine the UPS was imprinted on the cardboard box (i.e., no sticker). Either photocopy it or cut it out (which was what I was required to do). If the only bar code is the sticker, well that'll be it. 🙂

On my maxtor the upc was a sticker on the box. It looks just like a normal upc on any other product. If they require and original of the upc, make sure you take photo copies of it. For the receipt, I usually send a copy (or original if required) of the packing reciept or whatever came with the drive. I also print out my conformation email and send that in so it's harder for them to dispute things.
