Maxtor Hard Drive

I recently installed a Maxtor L080L4 Hard Drive into my PC. It is plugged into a Maxtor 133 PCI Card. I also have two other Maxtor Serial ATA 80GB Hard Drives on the machine. When I go into explore, through start, the new hard drive does not show up. However, when I go into control panel>system>hardware profile, both the card and the hard drive show up and are said to be working properly. I installed all the drivers necessary for the card and formatted the hard drive. Also, when I go into control panel>administrative tools>disk managment, the hard drive shows up and if I left mouse click on the drive and hit explore, it then shows up in this explorer. However, it still doesnt show up when I go left mouse click on start and hit explore.

In the Disk Management section is the drive formatted and assigned a drive letter? Make sure that it is, or it will not show up in My Computer.

Yes. It shows up everywhere, but explorer.
Go to control panel, administrative tools, computer management, disk management. Make sure its listed in there as healthy.
