Maxtor 500GB SATA drive for $99 shipped

I was looking at the 320GB Fry's deal and saw this over at Newegg. According to the model#STM3500630AS, it may be a 7200.10 drive.

Do all these drives carry a 5 year warrenty or is that just the Seagate branded drives?

Maxtor badged drives are 3 yr. Yes this is a 7200.10 with Maxtor's name and a shorter warranty.
