Maxtor 200gb 8mb buffer uata133

Put ships free in the title. That makes it a better deal. And for those that don't like Maxtor, don't crap in this thread. Just move along. I don't like WD, but I don't going into WD threads to crap.

Thanks wchou. NICE FIND!!! Impressive that you found the exact same hard drive for $6.00 more. AND A REFURBISHED/USED ONE ALSO. Always better to buy used or refurbished. Especially if it is more expensive.

Hey, If you are interested I've got a bridge..............................

This is a good deal. If you aren't averse to rebates I think a better deal is the 200 gig seagate drive for $59.99 after $40.00 MIR. That drive has a 5 year warranty compared with this drive's 1 year.

Where are you seeing free shipping???

HUH? I'm not interested in any HD ATM due to high prices still. Go sell lemonade on the street, you'll have better luck. :cookie:

Yeah me too, I'd also like to get an Athlon X2 for under $100, I'll hold off till then. Seriously - knowing that hardware prices always drop - why crap in a thread when you can't even provide a comprable deal.

Decent find OP. It may not be the best drive, but it probably does the trick just fine. I use its 100GB little brother in an external enclosure for data backup - its probably on maybe 20 minutes a week.
