Hi wondering if anyone has this motheboard and if so could they give me the width n length of the motherboard so i can start building my custom case and be sure that it will fit in

You're welcome. If you look closely at the photos of the Maximus V Extreme ("EATX" form factor) and compare it to the photos of the P8Z77-V Deluxe (ATX form factor, 12.0" x 9.6"), you will notice that the mounting hole pattern and spacing for the Extreme is the same as that used on the Deluxe's ATX form factor. Assuming you mount the I/O shield vertically, the height is also the same as ATX (12.0"). Only the width is different (10.7", or 1.1" wider than ATX), and all of the unsupported overhang is on the right hand side of the board.

The "EATX" form factor is a bit of a misnomer here. The Extreme is not a full-sized EATX board. EATX covers server motherboards of standard ATX height (12.0") but much greater width (up to 13.0" wide). This board is 2.3" narrower than full EATX. Although it should fit in most full tower cases without problem, it might even fit in a fairly roomy mid-tower case.
