Maximum PC Magazine Dead?

I googled this but couldn't find an answer. I've subscribed to Maximum PC magazine since it was called Boot. I'm not receiving the magazine any more and wondered what has happened to it. Is the magazine still in print?

boot was a great magazine way back when. really good deep dives into processors back when intel, amd, cyrix, winchip, etc., were all making x86 processors (and some risc stuff, intel had two good risc chips and amd had another), then there were the alphas and sparcs and mips (OH MY!)

they shut down a little over a year ago, Gordon and some others moved over to PCworld. they still do the podcast and similar content. the yt vids are worth a view.

What a damn shame I was a long term subscriber for years and learn lots of useful stuff from that magazine.

man i remember my cyrix 686, it was awesome for the money

Was just noticing that I hadn't received the latest issue. I told the wife to not renew Cycle World and I was thinking maybe she mixed it up and didn't renew Max PC.

I thought I told the wife not to renew Playboy but I was thinking maybe she mixed it up and didn`t renew the Max PC!

I have a digital subscription to Maximum PC, that I read on my tablet. They still have a printed version too.

Wait, there are still people buying magazines?
I subscribe to several print magazines The Family Handyman, The Atlantic , and Popular Mechanics. For some reason I like the feel of the paper in between my hands when I'm dropping a deuce. Another bonus is that I don't have to worry about my phone falling in the shitter or on the bathroom floor.

Here's another question: is there any computer magazine left that's worth reading? Some 15 years ago I used to read Maximum PC, PC World, PC Magazine... they either died or turned into shadows of their former selves.

I can't even think of a website worth reading - and I don't mean for news, but in-depth stuff, industry analyses and so on. Even editorials were fun, regardless of whether you agreed with them or not.

Saw these at the local library. Borrowed the Jan and Feb issues. And yes, I still prefer the printed magazines.
