Maximum Mouse Sensitivity in Windows XP/2000

I'm using Logitech Mouseware 9.73 with sensitivity set to highest and no acceleration.

Is there anyway I can increase the maximum mouse sensitivity?
 
I found that increasing the accerlation helps. I had a Logitech mouse and I used medium accleration with the sensativity about 75%.
