Maximum capacity in a Raid setup

Is there a max capacity if I am going to be using a Raid 0 setup in terms of 2 HDs? I think I remember seeing 80GB around somewhere but was not sure.
 
I know there is a limitation in windows 98/me/2k, so it may be your operating system that is the limitation.
Be carefull which brand of hard drive you choose. I know the Promise IDE raid cards have a problem with drives that use the Lucent chipset. I have had my best luck with IBM drives.
