Maximizing Case Cooling

I have this case: Here. The fan on the side only blows air out (I tried soldering it to blow air inside, but it didn't work). Then I put a fan on top of my case blowing air down. I can add another case fan on the back of my case, but I don't know what will be more efficient to blow air in, or to blow more air out?

Front fan sucking air INTO the case
Top fan exhausting air FROM the case
Back fan exhausting air FROM the case
Side fan sucking air INTO the case

I'm guessing you mean you reversed the wires.

Just unscrew the fan and flip it around so it blows in, rather than out. And set your fans up just like Jonitus stated.
