Maximize to grid?

I'm looking for a solution (under XP) that will allow me to arrange windows and maximize them to a pre-defined grid, similar to the functionality in nVidia's nView, but on a laptop that has an ATI video card. Does anyone know of anthing that supports this other than the nView gridlines? I really miss this functionality when I go from my desktop to my laptop.

Thanks for the tip. It does part of what I want, resizing to specified sizes, but it doesn't appear to position windows. Here's an example; On my desktop, I have gridlines setup that allow me to maximize a text editor to use the full left half of the screen with two terminal windows tiled veritically on the right half of the screen in about a 75% / 25% split, with the bigger window on top. To achieve this, I just open the windows, move them to the right area of the screen, and alt + click on the maximize button.

I'm looking for something similar to that without nView.

EDIT: Looking at Sizer some more, I think I might be able to get it to do what I want after all, it'll just be a little more work than with nView. Thanks again for the tip, I think it'll work out.

Well, that was easier than I thought it would be. Sizer does exactly what I want it to do, thanks for the tip.
