Maxell 100pk CD-R for $4.98 (No Rebate) @ staples online & B&M

Anyone know the max burn speed you can do on these? (If that's even a real relevant issue, I don't know)

Did the coupon code work for you at the B&M? I called my local Staples and they said they can only accept the 16 digit coupon codes.

If you are a platinum rewards customer you get free shipping with no minimum order.

Also, the code gave me $35.04 off for a total of $4.94 delivered !

Thanks for posting this Tung 🙂

Edit 1 - I tried it again and it let me redeem the code twice !!!!!!!

Dare I try again ? 🙂

Edit 2: Yep, it worked. Looks like you can use the code over and over........................

Ozias, I did this at 2 different staples, both times I had to get the manager to go online to verify price, both managers didn't think the coupon code would work. Both times code worked.

Thanks for the reply.

I'll have to try at the store tomorrow and see if there willing to do it even though the person I spoke with tonight said it was for online orders only. If it goes through at the store then I will have to bring along a friend so I can get 200 cd-r's.

Thanks again,
ozias

I went to my Staples at Irvine, CA. At first I had trouble, the cashier lady said she needed the coupon clipping and I told her it was online. She spoke with the manager and the manager said the same thing "You need to show us the coupon clipping". I kept on saying, it's not a coupon clipping it's a coupon code you enter into the system during check out. She said she would check it online for me. She finally found it and printed out the ad for me and I got the cd-r's for $5 bucks! So print out a copy of the ad! Good luck!

Same thing happened here, i went to the staples in Pasadena, CA and they didn't know about this. Finally they ended up price-matching their own website (which required a copy of the product page). But they manager only let me take one. Anyway i think it's a good deal and i'm now heading to another one in glendale, CA. So those of you who are visiting the store, i suggest you strongly, to print the page i linked for you and bring it to the store!

My final price was $5.41 out the door. ($4.98 + tax)
