Title says it all. My sig is close, but in 3d games, I have to back it down to 2170, or it dies (probably due to no AGP lock, and the video card doesn't want to go that high)

Hmmm... It seems to me that an Athlon64 @2170 wouldn't be a bad thing!!

My 3000+ and SOYO SY-K8USA will be here Thursday so I'll post back with some results ASAP.

Who was it that got their's to 2.3 Ghz? If you run the bus at 233, a new divider should kick in and set the PCI/AGP back to 33/66. Give it a shot... maybe have to increase voltage as well.

BTW... how do you like that board? I'm seriously considering ordering an Athlon-64 3000+ but I'm undecided about motherboards.

Wait, I wish I had and my stuff isn't even here yet. The nF250 is due to hit within a month from what I've heard and so far the rumor mill is very positive about it's performance. Also, the 3200+ and 3000+ are likely to drop a bit more in price by then, and a month to 6 weeks isn't that much longer to wait *smacks self for breaking commitment to reform computer spending habits*

Bump. My bios won't go down in multiplier, I might try some software I downloaded (clockgen) and see what happens
I didn;t try the down multiplier, but the best I can get at 10x it 220, 217 in 3d apps.
