It's basically a show on Comedy Central that plays the popular youtube videos and makes fun of them. It sounds pretty stupid, but I've been pleasantly surprised. He often will bring in the people in the videos and joke around with them. His point was that even a tv show a year ago featured the video, so it's been around a while.

Right, but it's interesting seeing the people behind the clip. He did an interview with the "what what, in the butt" guy in a sauna wearing only a towel.
