Mavericks Developer Preview 7 is out now. Must be getting close now to Golden Master I'm thinking, just in time for the new MacBook Pros. Mind I'm guessing they could still ship with Mountain Lion.

Mavericks offers Haswell specific enhancements, I doubt this time Apple would release them before Mavericks is out, unless the OS gets pushed back for what ever reason.
