And I really don't wanna buy full atx for various reasons.

I think there are a couple mATX P45 boards, which should be the best for overclocking E8500. DFI has one and it looks decent.

If you were looking for G31/G35/G45 variants, there are more options. This board has been very popular as well.

Others are likely better able to help you what your budget/need is. Welcome to AnandTecn Forums.

Edit: Didn't realize the Gigabyte board has two DIMM slots. You have 4 sticks, so that board is out. :) There are some X48 mATX boards but they are more expensive.

Thx for the replay
I have noticed both boards on newegg, but wasn't sure if they would be good for oc e8500
I think I'll go with the less expensive one DFI looks very nice and has 6usb ports in the back (that's exactly what I need), but I just don't need sli with it. I'll just buy pci usb card for the gigabyte one, and btw I've got 2x2GB sticks
One more question regarding memory, in product description it says: Memory Standard DDR2 800, I hope it takes higher memory as well, right?

Welcome to Anandtech Forums, gr0bda.

The Gigabyte G31 chipset board is a nice one, but beware of their G33/G45 chipset boards because for some reason Gigabyte likes to make the PCIe slot a x4 electrical with x16 physical. This is an example where under specifications you can see "1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4." Some other boards are like this, but Newegg's description is not always as clear, so make sure you find out before buying - ask or check Gigabyte's web site.

Gigabyte does this so that you can run PCI Express x16 graphics card concurrently with the IGP. It uses four PCI-E lanes from the ICH South Bridge for the PEG x16 slot. If they used the native PEG x16 interface in the North Bridge, you couldn't use PEG + IGP concurrently due to chipset limitation.

I would kinda still recommend the board in my sig, which shows my results.

However, that DFI board looks pretty tempting as well. Especially because of the chipset, which you can't go wrong with. Too bad the docs suck; you'll certainly be coming back here for advice. The Asus docs are somewhat better, though no masterpiece.

Video card shouldn't be an issue (I hope) all it's going to be there is ati 3650, which I need only for svideo-out nothing else. I just need the raw power of the OC e8500, nothing else.
Btw I have no idea what tcsenter said
