matx ddr400 mobos for c2d

I posted in SFF forum but figured here might be better.

the quick and dirty is I want to salvage as much from old computer to build qpack htpc.

going to try and use gskill drr400 f1-3200phu2 2x1gb
1 or 2 of old ide HD's
maybe 9800 pro if new build has agp not that important I think.

here is a search on the egg i did wondering if anyone has experience with the chip sets ?
via? , 845G?
Manufactures pcchips ? ecs?

ECS has one with a VIA chipset and AGP that was in a Fry's bundle. I think it's the P4M800-something. Newegg sells it for around $46 (but OOS, I think). Anyways, the board generally works so it may be okay for what you want it for. Check the For Sale forum or Ebay because there's probably people wanting to unload it.
