I beg to differ. IMO, the integrety of a system's PSU is the first, most important part to be considered but usually is the last.
But anyway, my first system build back in early 1998 had a BX440 chipset Matsonic in it. I still have it, and through all the upgrades I've put it through it has never failed me.
Therefore, I recommend it highly.
