The disply goes screwey.
All my scroll bars now have some sort of design, all my photoshop windows have ugly dotted lines for their borders and while dragging any window it gets that same ugly dotted line.
Matrox's site mentions that I stick to my default drivers.

Anyone have an idea on how to resolve this.

There are some drivers which were released afew days ago for the Millenium 2 under XP. You can download them here.
