Matrox G400 = lockups

I think lots of ppl who own the G400 probably have frequent lockups.
Thats what I am getting in playing heavy graphic games.(quake3, diablo2,UT, etc)
And with AGP set to 2x, I even get lockup while typing in notepad, surfing internet, etc. So I am in 1x AGP.

I've already done everything matrox tech suggested and didn't work.
Anyone have a must-work solution?

I'd be very appreciated ^_^
