No, they did the second movie, then the 3rd film... although they did them consecutively. Not like the Lord of the Rings, where the 3 movies were done concurrently.

The game works her into the movies rather well, the Merovingian pays off someone to rat out her location, she changes her "shell" to avoid capture.
