MATLAB/ Origin Curve fitting

I need to know how to do curve fitting on points measured in 3D with either Matlab or Origin. I know the function should be a circle in 3D and I am hoping that will make it easier to get a good fit but I have no idea on how to approach the problem.

Any help, help sites, advice will greatly help.
