Math problem

[4 -3 5] ............................... [3 -5 -1]
[5 1 -2] multiplied by ....... [1 -2 5]
[-2 4 -3] ..............................[4 4 2]

the answer i keep getting is not correct with the answer key at all, and ive checked to see if im doing it right about 5000 times.

the answer in the answer key states
[-11 -18 28]
[-16 15 -6]
[32 0 6]




nvm mind a mistake....teacher said AB not BA and wrote answer for BA

Your matrices are reversed. Do:

[3 -5 -1; 1 -2 5; 4 4 2] * [4 -3 5; 5 1 -2; -2 4 -3]

The way you have it in your OP gives this:

[29 6 -9; 8 -35 -4; -14 -10 16]
