Simple geometry. Even easier to NOT use calculus.

Big hints:

A:
1. You know the slope of the radius that goes from (0,0) to (4,3)
2. Radii and tangents intersect at a particular angle....

B:
You know the slope, and you know a point (4,3)... y = mx + b

C:
Do the exact same as you did for A and B, but just substitute (a,b) in for (4,3)

Also, thanks for all the replies. I found out that this is due this Friday so I have enough time to figure it out. I have more important homework to do. for now.
 
You can use calc stuff if you know it, but you already stated that you don't.

So do it like this:

Find slope of line connecting the center of circle (0,0), and (4,3)

The slope of the line tangent to that line is perpendicular to the radius of the circle at that point.

Then use point-slope form to write line equation.

EDIT: Ok so silverpig beat me to it....
