Simple geometry. Even easier to NOT use calculus.
Big hints:
A:
1. You know the slope of the radius that goes from (0,0) to (4,3)
2. Radii and tangents intersect at a particular angle....
B:
You know the slope, and you know a point (4,3)... y = mx + b
C:
Do the exact same as you did for A and B, but just substitute (a,b) in for (4,3)
