I need to come up with a short speech for one of these three topics . . . any clever ideas/outlines for them?

1) I Have A Dream
2) As You Sow, So Shall You Reap
3) The Urgent Needs Of Our Society

I also have to do a speech for a contest, but i'm not asking atot to do it. You're not getting very far in the contest if you have someone else do it for you.
