Just got an email from a guy that is a field adjuster that works in the southwest (I am in Ohio) that was emailed to about 1/3 of our company (most likely got to 15-20 thousand employees). The text of the email was:

HELLO IM NEW HERE I NEED MAIN FRAME ACCESS PLEASE. THANK YOU

(name)
(my companies) Claims Field Adjuster
(office he is out of)
Phone #

Then again I shouldn't laugh at him, because I am sure "he has upper management written all over him."

Oh and mind you I am not even IN the group that gives access, nor is that group located at my office (for him at least).

Edit: Now got an email from a person another department that says "Hello Everyone,
Please disregard the email from (name). The email was sent by mistake!
Thank you for all your hard work"

As if we didn't realize this already lol.

I'm not finding teh funny?

He needed mainframe access, so by his e-mail he is sure going to get it and get it fast. Just mark down how many in your company do a reply to all.
