Yep. Her ship is indestructible. If you don't believe me, play Super Metriod and unload 1000 super missiles onto it, see... nothing!

Also in what kind of fight?

Fist to fist? MC

With or without suit enhancements? MC without, SA with

With weapons? SA

With or witout vehicles? MC

Cloaking? MC


SA wins in the technology department. MC wins in the Biological department. Oh and don't forget that MC has the Marines backing him up.
 
Samus by far. 'Realistically' speaking Samus' technology is far more advanced than Halo's.

MC is just someone who can wield guns well. Samus has crap load of abilities, techniques & skillsets to absolutely murder MC over and over.


Samus:
Morphball
Super dash thing
Rockets
Super rockets
Spinning attack thingy
Her souped up suit.

MC:
Standard array of conventional weapons
His movement is no better than avg. human's
Some random generic armor
 
Are you guys absolutely insane? Samus turns into a god damned ball and still manages to use explosives in that state.. Samus wouldn't even break a sweat against MC.
