apparently NcSoft has started filing a lawsuit against TERA's producer and devloper for the theft of confidential documents and/or software and/or hardware for a lineage 3

There is no Lineage 3. NCsoft canceled it. Infuriated for obvious reasons, some of the guys took a large portion of the code and art assets they had made with NCsoft's funding and used them for TERA when they left NCsoft to form a new company.

huh... Lineage III.. erh... TERA here we come 🙂

I guess this means US launch date gets pushed back?

2year jail time... ouch.
