Massive Steam summer sale!!

I picked up the THQ pack. I was looking for the Tales of Valor expansion for CoH and the Chaos Rising expansion for DoW2 put me over the edge. Plus, I can now redistribute my boxed Titan Quest copies as well as all of my Dawn of War games to friends.

So far I'm um in for DiRT 2, Darwinia, Multiwinia, Uplink (which is pretty damn awesome, especially if you consider yourself a geek), Defense Grid, Indigo Prophecy, Kane and Lynch, and Booster Trooper.

I recommended if you want to try something cheap/fun, look at booster trooper. Seriously its like a 2.5d Side Scroller. Its basically a multiplayer version of Contra and is an absolute BLAST to play. Be for warned, there are servers up to play on but they can be pretty scarce.

Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter is now $13.39. I believe that is the cheapest price so far on the Second Encounter (single copy).

What's your opinion about DEFCON ? It's in the same pack as darwinia & Uplink. I liked uplink a long time ago. Played it on a friends computer, but I'm not sure about purchasing it just yet.... and darwinia just looks wierd to me.

me and some buddies grabbed the l4d2 4 pack and scored for $7.65 a person for the game. Now holding out for a Borderlands deal on a 4 pack.
 
I wish Titan Quest would go on sale.

I've already seen the noobs in L4D2. I was nice and stayed on their team trying to teach two of them (third was only a semi-noob) for an entire versus game while getting our asses handed to us.
 
Any decent hack & slash games on sale along the lines of Diablo2, Titan Quest or Sacred? That's about the only genre I enjoy these days and I'm years out of date n the game world.

Tital Quest goes on sale often on Steam or Impulse, hang in there.

First one was fantastic, and ME2 has great reviews. But the price isn't that special. Amazon has been selling it for $26.50.. and D2D just had it for $19.99 on Monday (dead deal now). If you've got a large backlog to play through you could wait for it to drop even lower.. but who knows how long that'll be.

I've got:
The CoD Pack, Operation Flashpoint, GTA 4 and Half Life so far.

Pretty happy with my buys, I'm still waiting for daily deals on Crysis, Plants vs Zombies and the Witcher to be $6 again.
 
Bioshock on sale today for $4.99. I picked it up. I played the demo, and it looks great! Love the retro-future look, and all the Art Deco. Gameplay seems enjoyable.

I really wish I hadn't missed the Series Sam HD pack for $7.50 or the XCOM pack the other day for $5 or whatever.
