Massive renaming program for audio files?

I heard that ITunes had an easy option to change the information about in a large amount of files... but I am unable to figure out how to change the data 'quicky' and by that I mean, select 20+ files and change all of them to 1 album or genre. Is that possible with this program, and if not, what does a very quick job at this? I'm requested to change about 7000 audio files and a huge many of them are from the same categories... and I most certainly don't want to do it individually.

Right, but I guess to be more clear: I'm looking to "Mass Rename" hundreds of files with basically editing one of them while the others that are selected change to the same one.

I'll check those links out, if they are what I'm talking about.
