Actually I kinda want to start attracting bears, maybe it will keep the thieves away! Seriously though years back we had a serious bear problems, but no thieves.

the country is 97% muslim and wants them gone. they're an outgrowth of the islamic brotherhood (hassan albanna)

its like pointing out evangelicals and how they're ruining america by influencing the government too much. The secretary of state of the US genuinely believes he's accelerating the the reconstruction of the temple and the rapture through instigation of war with Iran, this is insanely more laugh worthy and sad

All handguns are under powered. Shot placement at a distance makes it even more problematic, especially for an inexperienced shooter.

From the sounds of it, you are in a war zone. Your best bet might be to see if you can find an AK on the cheap. Any handgun as a backup would be nice.

Immediately purchase ammo and get comfortable with both. Learn your limitations.
