Specifically what motherboard are you using. I'll assume that this is for the extra set of IDE controllers on a motherboard. If not, what brand of add-in controller board are you using?

asus a7v via apollo kt133 chipset socket A
and it does have extra controllers.

Goto the asus website or use teh driver cd that you got with the motherboard and install the drivers from there.
