...Welcome to every online shop ever created?

I think the fuss about the ending will die down with time. It's not the first great game with a disappointing ending and it won't be the last. A few months/years down the road perspective will set in.

Let me know how much credits you need to use to buy the new gun you wanted in BF3 or MW3. Oh wait, they unlock on their own.

Example: If BF3 and MW3 had a "package" character progression, where every game you play you earn some exp, and you can spend that exp on a mystery pack that might include some new gear, or lets you unlock a class. Except once you unlocked those classes you can STILL get those same unlocks over and over and over again, and in order to get mods for the gun you had to get the unlock for the gun vs simply using it.

So you basically have to use that shit M16 until you finally find a new gun in the mystery pack. If you want to be a sniper? Tough shit, get lucky enough to unlock it and a good sniper rifle.

But wait, instead of all that "lvl up" mumbo jumbo and sense of progression, you can buy EA/Activision points using real money that you can use to buy these packs faster!! Instead of playing the game, you can now spend money so that you won't have to!

Sounds ridiculous? THIS is ME3's multiplayer, except you don't even get to play against other players. There's no sense of progression, only luck.

I completely understand the concept of online stores like maple story and other paid MMORPGs. But having one for a single player game with multiplayer tacked on is bullshit.

Sure I'm sure, when all endings are crap and EA/Bioware have to make another new ending for this summer says a lot ,btw I've completed ME3 with all possible endings.

Lets just say multiplay is 100x better then any ending you choose in single play ;).

Your choices determine how much EMS you have which determines if Shepard lives or dies. The ending DLC they are making just proves Bioware gave us an unfinished game. The story is still brilliantly thought out. People (including me) Just didn't really understand and were tricked by the reapers I guess.

I'm always in Bioware forums so no need,my EMS war assets were high anyway due to multiplay and I completed all possible quests in single play so yes I had choice of all possible endings, end of the day I was happy with ME3 until the end.

We have to wait and see how the new ending they are making pans out.

I was more disappointed with DA2 bioware wise.

Gave ME1 a shot about a month ago, couldnt really get into it, didnt want to put the time in. But ive heard that the multi player is pretty fun, especially horde mode, so since its on sale right now for 30 bucks maybe i should pick it up and try it out.

Maybe if i like the combat enough i might give the series a shot again. Love the story-line, and the whole mass effect universe, and i think sooner or later i want to play all 3.

Either that, or wait a year or so and buy it when its cheaper (and possibly on steam!).

How exactly do you "love the story-line and the whole mass effect universe" if you couldn't get into it?

If you're planning to play the campaign at some points, sure get it. But I wouldn't buy this just for the multiplayer.
