You'll be fine. Just make sure you take someone with either Overload (

is the only one that has it) for enemy shields. You have the means to drop armor and health with an Adept (Warp). You can use your biotics in a cool way, throw them on a curve, so they bypass a lot of covers - so Warp will see heavy use. Also you'll be able to knock people out of cover after their defenses are down for easy kills - pull field or throw field.

The Adept is really powerful. I loved pull/warp and pull/throw. Singularity was kind of crappy in this compared to ME1 so I didn't level it past 2. The need to add multiplayer to ME2
