Seconded. I mean, it's not like the police/fbi/govt. agency have the resources, or even people capable FOR sniping, let alone the ability to place them in random buildings to look for a needle in a haystack.
It's too hard to look for muzzle flashes? Or if he has a flash supressor, then just look for the sound of a gunshot?

Kind of a big area. Two states, three counties, plus DC. So which rooftops did you want to put these counter snipers on again? These are random shootings, okay? Random. Get it?

If I live near the area, I would be taking a long vacation, scary stuff. This reminds me of a Dirty Harry movie, in which a sniper stalked the people of San Francisco. I'm surprise though that Valinos comment is allowed by the mod.

How about REM's "Don't Go Back to Rockville" next?

if this guy is smart, he will disapear now.

If this guy is a serial killer, and not just some guy getting his jollies with a friend, he can't just disappear again.

They're saying the guy probably likes the sniper aspect. He looks at a crowd of people and thinks, "you live, you live, you die."
