I'm willing to bet your two little boys have seen balls before.

I agree that people should be more genteel about their behavior and decorations in public, but I definitely don't think legislation is the right way to go about that. What ever happened to using social pressure to keep people decent?

Out of curiosity, would you also support a law that banned the use of the F-word in public places?

While I usually jump right on the "stop banning things" bandwagon, somehow this one doesn't bother me.

Good to see the commissars in the Peoples Republic of Maryland are finding important issues to occupy their time with.

But why should he have to explain to them why there is a nutsack hanging off a dudes truck? Of course every little boy gets a glimpse of his own jewel sack every time he goes to the toilet. But how do explain to a little 8 or 9 year old kid the vulgarity of why a private part of every males body is dangling in the wind from a redneck's trailer hitch?

Do you feel compelled to explain boobs to them when a girl in a revealing top passes by?

No. A spoken word is there and then gone and you are either in ear shot and hear it or you don't. It doesn't hang on the air perpetually on display so that every person that walks by hears it. And there are certain public places where the use of the F word doesn't bother me at all. . .like if I'm hanging out at a bar or an adult venue of some sort. But if I hear a grown man walk into a school and start cursing at a teacher in front of the children, I'm takin him down. You can't exactly just run some douchebag with bullnuts on his truck off the road. It is easier to use social pressure to stop somebody from using innappropriate speech for their surroundings than it is to pressure somebody to stop hanging nutsacks on their car.

Kids are curious and they ask about a lot of things. It would be nice, as a parent, not to have my 4 year old exposed to that kind of stuff in public.

I'm all for people expressing themselves but try to keep it tasteful.

I have an idea... Why don't we just start an "approved list" so it cut's out all this BS. Lets us all know how to behave like other people think we should.

This violates the 1st amendment in my opinion. Perhaps we should also ban all of those Christian fish symbols, the darwin symbols, any other religious symbols stuck to or hanging from vehicles as well. Also ban all symbols on clothing we wear in public while we're at it.

If you want to say what I can or can not have hanging off the back of my car why don't you make my car payments for me then you can set the rules.

Or you could just not go into the detail. If they ask what it is, just say it's 'a car decoration'. There is no requirement to explain in intricate detail that the owner of the truck has a ballsack hanging from his truck, that it is integral to human reproduction and the owner of said psudo cahonies is probably a twat.

But whatever, you must be explicit with your four year old, right?

Good to see the do gooders are saving us from ourselves again.
MN has an equally as ridiculous law being considered. No glass bottles or glasses on beaches, boats, or other watercraft.

That list has existed for centuries but most people would just assume wipe their ass with it than try and behave as it suggests. However, the saddest thing of all is that we should need such a list.

If you can't afford your car payments, why are you wasting money on plastic bull nutsacks to hang on your bumper? Now stfu and pay attention, you're holding up the welfare line standing here arguing with me.

PSA: Stop explaining every damn thing to your kids. They'll learn soon enough.

When I see vehicles with those stupid testicles hanging from them, I am tempted to take a pair of bolt cutters and castrate their ride.

I have seen them on Hondas, but not on trucks yet.

This reminds me of that Senator that wanted to ban spinners because he couldn't figure out if a car was stopping or not because of the spinners and he almost wrecked his car.

The fact that they are wasting time with this is sad.

Damn it... I've figured it out now:

A while back, license driver renewal was $20.. I recieved my notice the other day for my upcoming renewal. It is now $30. This is where the extra $10 is going.. to fund the time wasted to pass stupid laws like this.

I've only lived in Maryland since 1999. During this short time, I've noticed:

License Plate registration almost doubled
License renewal up $10
County tax rate increase slightly..
Housing on the rise.. even up in rural counties, such as where I live..

Roads deteriorating year by year, with no new repairs

School system sucks; when it gets hot, they have to let the kids out of school, since alot of the schools don't have air conditioning.. or the air conditioning has failed..
Schools were not built to accomodate for increased student levels.. Now they just waste time and $$ on those stupid portable buildings.. Stop wasting time and $$ and just build a bigger fvcking school.

So.. where the fvck are Maryland taxpayer's dollars going?

most of the money in all state and local budgets goes to that great and wonderful school system that is educating our kids. the endless pit that has become the biggest waste of money on the planet.

Well that's probably because so many people who are driving around with bull nuts hanging off their rear bumpers are also allowed to procreate.
