This character keeps bumping old threads with just a smiley face.

Just look at the first couple pages of HD threads, he was last poster on 70% of them.

I normally wouldn't care but many of the bumps caused me to think there was an update to the Hot Deal.

Ban them! Is it a bot? A potential scammer, or spammer who wants it to look like they are a real poster by inflating their post count?

Who does the banning or is the moderator? I've never asked for anyone to be banned before.

According to the mods, he will bump no more. I believe he got in about 125 in 3 1/2 hrs. Maybe he'll get carpal tunnel syndrome.
