Marrying adopted daughter

Tell him to talk to a real lawyer about it. It will be cheaper than making a mistake. I say let the system handle it. If he is single why would he want to take care of any kids.

Because he is incapable of getting a girlfriend like normal people. So he has to marry a woman dying of cancer with with a teenager daughter so he can adopt her and then have a hybrid adopted-daughter/girlfriend and future wife.

Once he is done grooming the adopted daughter of course, and after his cancer wife dies. He marries the daughter.

Anyhow that is all in a nutshell.

Would be a hilarious episode of jerry springer.

If marriage is truly a possibility, your roomate should consider becoming the daughter's legal guardian until she is 18, not her adopted parent. Once the daughter turns 18 the legal guardianship ends and the scrumping can begin.

That said, good advice is to talk to someone specializing in family/marriage law.
 
The only way to be sure is for us to see pics.

If she is hot then I believe it is legal according to statute.

I work with both of them, and no...she is not a chemistry teacher. I will not make excuses for him, because it's his life, but sometimes things happen and people fall in love...I do not know ALL the particulars.

I understand the "flames" toward him, and I don't agree with what he's doing, I am just trying to help them out as to what to do.

I also followed the original link, and found stuff (unsuitable for this forum, adverts etc), as described above, via one of the gallery links, on the first page linked to.

Okay. Doesn't really matter, as I should NOT have put up her photo anyway, and I forgot that there was a gallery with the girl's photos as well. I messed up, but it has been fixed 🙂
 
I missed the pics this morning...so I don't know how they look...but I think the OP OP's friend should go for it. Marry the woman...have some hot mother-daughter sex...then marry the daughter when the mom dies...

Ahh I guess the website side ad's might had contained it but then again I use adblock and didn't see any. 🙁
 
Is this just rehashing the Iran news early this November about allowing me to marry their adopted daughters?

In the US, it's going to depend on where you live.
