Married people/ATOT ladies...HELP!: Wedding invitation assembly question

Hey wedding experts...For the inner envelope of the wedding invitation, do you tuck the envelope flap inside the envelope or leave it open?? To clarify: the inner envelope is the one that contains all the wedding particulars; the outer is the one with the address that the inner envelope goes into. Dumb question, I know, but thanks! 😀
