I think most would agree, but what you're saying here doesn't jive with what you said before. If the consequences for the male are worse, then shouldn't you be more pissed at your son for not protecting himself?

You claimed that the laws tilt things in the women's favour. Why aren't the majority of guys currently protecting their ass from pregnancy if the laws are against them? Why would you think if the situation is reversed they would be more likely to protect themselves when suddenly they'd be getting the better end of the deal?

While the laws are certainly in favour of the woman, nature is clearly in favour of the man. I think it's a very hard argument to make that when an unwanted pregnancy occurs the man is worse off than the woman, even with the laws tilted in the woman's favour.
 
Not a fan of the beverage concoction idea. That will probably make matters worse. You shouldn't even be involved in this mess. You know the ole saying, "just when you thought it couldn't get any worse."

You want serious advice? IANAL but my limited layperson understanding of the law says you could possibly be charged with being an accessory to a crime. Speaking of ANAL your friend should have done that.

What are you an idiot? How do girls get a "free" pass? Carrying a baby around for 9 months and then going through labor is a free pass? Then dealing with the hard work involved in raising a child for the next 18 years. Yeah, that's a free pass.

How is a good man being held hostage? :\

He chose to voluntarily put himself in that situation.
1) Having a mistress
2) Getting her pregnant.

Maybe he should learn a lesson that he can not have both and probably will end up with neither and nothing.:thumbsup:

Yes, we certainly can, based on the information provided. She was risking pregnancy with a man who makes vows, then completely abdicates them. She picked the worst possible father for her child.

Doesn't get any less responsible than that. If she won't make good choices for herself, she almost certainly won't make them for a kid.
