single is the only way 2 B. just ask anyone who is married.

Not everyone feels that way.
are you married?

Practically. Are you? The only people who are unhappy are people who are with the wrong person. Believe it or not, it is possible to be happy with one person.

I know plenty of people who are happily married. Yeh a lot of people aren't happy, but its stupid to say that everyone will end up being unhappy after their married. I know I won't be, I look forward to it.
Not everyone in this world is miserable.

seriously - i have yet to see a truly happy marriage.

edit: all married people do most of the time is fight with each other or piss each other off or restrict one from doing something they want to do. its like being tied down. nobody likes that.

then you live a sheltered life, or interact with crazy people only.

Everybody is generalizing here. They see a few bad marriages, and they declare marriage is horrible, "there's no such thing as a haapy marriage." I know plenty of bad marriages, but I know just as many good ones. Things won't change for me once I get married. The only thing that will be different is that I'll have a ring on my finger, and a peice of paper that says I'm legally married. You can't think marriage is bad, because if you go into one thinking that of course it will turn out bad. I think its wrong to tell someone they're going to be unhappy once they're married. Everyone is different, and every couple is different. People need to be a little more open-minded, and not generalize.
