Hey, if someone you work with is going to share that kind of information with you, you have every right to speak your mind.

What is a married woman doing partying at 3 am with anyone while her husband is at work, let alone some dude? Even if she wasn't cheating, it's still trashy. Maybe I'm old-fashioned....

Word.

yeah word to the old-fashioned bit.

i don't see what the big deal is. in this day and age the likelihood of hooking up with someone you're drinking with until 3 am (while in a committed relationship with someone else) is the same whether it's a guy or a girl. if she were lying about where she was, that would be one thing. but not only did she not lie, but she even called him!

That makes it easier to cover up and create doubt. If I were cheating I would call and wouldn't lie about where I was. Th efewer actual lies you tell the easier it is to keep the story straight.

"if I was cheating why would I call?'
"I told you who I was with and what we were doing"
"You're just being paranoid"

and if you wanted to hang out with a buddy until late at night, you'd say that you didn't answer the phone because you went to the store for a pack of smokes?

i'm asking, if you were not cheating then you WOULD lie about where you were?

If I were not cheating I probably wouldn't be with a member of the opposite sex @ 3am drinking. Since I would be in the situation presented I would be working on my cover and manipulating my SO to think it was all in her head.

no no no. i think i explained it right but maybe a little clustered.

HE CALLED HER. she just happened to come out and tell him she was there and she was drinking. after a few mins of talking i guess she told him that she'd go home if it bothered him that much and said she wouldn't do it again.

At the very worst I think she used very bad judgement and now her husband will wonder all the time while he works. SHITTY!

You said the chick and the guy were friends right? If yes, then why would it surprise anyone to hear they were hanging out late at night?

OK, so by your logic, if I were to go have a drink at a friend place, and they happened to be female, I would be cheating??

Lay off the tinfoil champ unless you have some sort of evidence other then a "hunch".

Damn nosy people...

i think there is a high probability that she is. a married man/woman shouldnt be spending nights with any other person of the opposite sex except his/her wife/husband

it's possible she's not cheating ... but she is putting herself in a really stupid position. You just don't do that when you're committed to someone else.

u have nowhere near enough information to say that she is cheating, she could be just drinking and hanging out witha good friend. I have done the same thing, hung out with a girl that isnt my gf but nothing ever happened. It could be innocent and if it were a marriage there should be trust. So it all depends on how much your friend trusts his wife

It also depends on what hours she works. Hanging out at 3am is different is she is 2nd shift or a waitress and didn't get off work until 1-2am that night. Hanging out at 3am if she works 1st shift and her husband expected her to be home and asleep would indicate something totally different as well. I'm still voting stupid...I can't imagine any woman (especially married) not thinking there would be some question if she's at a man's house with just him at night and drinking...unless he's blood related family to her. I would be pissed if my wife did it and she would probably cut pieces of my body off if I did it.

Yup. Then the guy calls up Tom Lykis the next day and brags about how he was the "friend" on the side who kept on banging this chick and her hubbie was to stupid to do anything about it.

I remember seeing a radio snippet posted here about a prank call to a lady, saying her husband was fired for having sex at work (and thus cheating on her)......so then she goes "well now I don't feel so bad about fvcking his brother" or something like that.

Anyone remember this?

holy crap, where is this? i want to read it.
