What is Media Strategy referring to??

I have a presentation and it asks this, "Describe the media strategy of your product--why are you recommending your media choices?"

Can somebody give me an example of an answer to that? Our product is customized T-Shirts btw... where you can have a fabric and just have anything you want on it...

I am not a marketing major but my guess would be that the question is asking you how you will be advertising the product. Because it is a custom shirt you would want to stick with TV or Print. Just a guess though.
